The Kangol Marketing Dashboard (the "Application") is an internal analytics tool operated by Kangol and accessible exclusively to authorised Kangol marketing personnel. This Privacy Policy describes how the Application handles data in connection with its use of third-party platform APIs, including Google APIs.
This is not a consumer-facing application. It does not collect, store, or process personal data from members of the public.
The Application aggregates and displays marketing performance data from the following platforms, all of which are owned and operated by Kangol:
All data displayed is sourced from Kangol's own brand accounts. No consumer or end-user data is accessed, stored, or shared.
This Application uses Google APIs — including the Google Analytics Data API, Google Ads API, and YouTube Data API v3 — to retrieve analytics data associated with Kangol's own Google properties.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access to the Application is protected by username and password authentication, restricted to authorised Kangol marketing team members. Sessions are managed server-side via PHP sessions.
API connections to third-party platforms use server-to-server authentication methods (OAuth 2.0 service accounts and System User tokens) and do not involve any OAuth flows visible to end users.
The Application does not maintain a database of user activity or personal information. API responses are fetched in real time and rendered client-side. No analytics, behavioural, or personal data about dashboard users is collected or stored by this Application.
TikTok data is retrieved in real time via the TikTok API using a server-side OAuth access token stored in a local file. This token is scoped to Kangol's own TikTok account and is used solely to fetch aggregated, brand-level analytics data (video views, follower counts, etc.). No personal data is stored.
The Application uses a single server-side session cookie for authentication purposes only. No third-party tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or advertising pixels are used on this application.
